The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Logic Boards and Video Carts Replacement Warranty

All Logic Boards and Video Cards purchased through MacPartsDepot.com carry a 30-days replacement warranty which starts at the date of delivery. Any defective items warrant a replacement of the same item from us, and we will ship the replacement part to you at no cost. Our standard warranty covers the purchased component and does not include shipping, loss of use, loss of data, or any other incidental losses. Warranty is limited to component failure. If you believe you have received a defective part, please test it thoroughly before contacting us for an RMA number. If you want us to ship an advanced replacement, you must place another order online and we will issue a refund once we receive the defective item. Based on the availablity some of the logic boards and video cards come with no heat sink and the CPU. The procesing for the replacenment part takes 20-30 days.

FREE MAIL-IN DIAGNOSTIC / REPAIR

We offer a free mail-in diagnostc test and repair service with $100 orders (it covers only on single items over $100 ). Customer pay the parts value and the shipping cost. The Free shipping offer doesn't work with the free repair offer. Some of the Apple parts are discontiniued so we're not able to fix them. Please fill the repair form or call us before sending your machine. The coupon codes and special offers don't work on the mail-in-repair and in store repair services.

6 month Replacement Warranty

All products purchased through MacPartsDepot.com carry a 6 monts replacement warranty (Exept the logic boards and video crds) which starts at the date of purchase. Any defective items warrant a replacement of the same item from us, and we will ship the replacement part to you at no cost. Our standard warranty covers the purchased component and does not include shipping, loss of use, loss of data, or any other incidental losses. Warranty is limited to component failure. If a working item is returned, it is subject to our standard restocking fee. If you believe you have received a defective part, please test it thoroughly before contacting us for an RMA number. If you want us to ship an advanced replacement, you must place another order online and we will issue a refund once we receive the defective item. Defective items are classified as parts that do not work or function, not as a result of user error. User error includes damage from dropping the item, spilling liquid onto the item, incorrect installation, or other alterations as a result of user (mis)handling. IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are not responsible for any damage to your computer or loss of data due to improper installation or any circumstances. Please consult/read repair guidelines or consult professional repair services. The procesing for the replacenment part takes 20-30 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following:

* items that were subjected to improper use or abuse; * and physically damaged parts (unless the damage occurred during the shipping process; in these situations, contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged item to report the situation in 7 days.) * items with no warranty label; * items don't match the serial numbers recorder in our database. All items that are sent in for return or exchange will be inspected by our technicians. Warranty is voided if warranty sticker is removed or broken.
